╳ Recent MVC graduate and ‘wunderkind,’
RayRay Chang exceeded all expectations when he presented his début collection Endless Transformation at Star Gallery, Taipei last week. Telling his stories through hand-shaded and dip-dyed fabrics, the patterns we see are based on traditional Chinese watercolour landscapes. Translating these ephemeral two dimensional works of art into tangible elements was no easy feat, however RayRay’s nimble fingers shredded, twisted, dyed and sewed their way to victory and a new visual language was created in the process!
