╳ A Little Gem

 ╳ Sandcomb seat is lightweight, yet windproof when filled with sand. Created by Dutch interior and product design studio DKSD, it is made from reused cotton and is part of their ‘portable’ furniture series.

╳ Judging from the work on their website they are clearly bio-inspired: and in the words of (one of) Thread Count Lab’s icon Martha Stewart “It’s a good thing!”
